Description

Very nice, honest condition overall with a well marked blade and functional locking ring assembly,  This bayonet fits about all the rifle muskets manufactured by both the Springfield Armory and the many contractors.  Technically, it is a US Model 1855 and is regulation for the M1855, M1861, M1863 and M1864 patterns.  No scabbard.
