Description
A beautiful set of Civil War officer epaulettes as worn by members of the US Paymaster Department as well as Regimental Paymasters. The set is near mint overall with beautiful embroidered “P.D.” initials on the paddles. This set was once in the prestigious collection of Kevin Hoffman of Pennsylvania.
