Terms & Conditions
All items offered for sale and ordered will be held for a maximum of three (3) business days awaiting payment or arrangement of terms of payment. All items are 100% fully guaranteed to be authentic, original and as described. Layaway plans are available for up to 180 days with pre-approval on items with a cost over $1,000. Once a deposit has been made, the sales contract is binding and no deposits will be refunded. We accept credit card, PayPal, cash, wire transfer, postal money orders, bank checks and personal checks for payment (all funds must clear prior to shipment). Any item over $250 which is paid for via a credit card and returned for ANY reason is subject to a 10% restocking charge to cover credit card fees.
From time to time we do offer consignment and brokerage services at negotiable rates. Any item tendered to us immediately grants us the sole right to market it in any manner we choose and at any price we determine to be fair market value at the time of sale. If a minimum amount is set by the client, we reserve the right to do lateral trades or combination sales which will ultimately net the minimum amount agreed to. There is no specific limit on how much time it may take to conclude any transaction, but after 180 days we reserve the right to charge a consignment fee of a minimum of 2% per month of the reserve price of the item as it does affect the amount of space we have allocated for consigned goods. We cannot guarantee values on any item will increase over any period of time based on normal economic trends, conditions or market adjustment. The collector market, as with any other consumer driven market, is affected by supply, demand and level or interest at any given time as well as economic factors just as with the prices of oil, gold, grain or real estate.
Shipping & Delivery
Once paid for, items are generally packed and shipped within one business day if possible. Our standard delivery method is the United States Postal Service but larger items are generally shipped FedEx Ground or via United Parcel Service. We also offer overnight air delivery when requested and as available. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise and any item of moderate to high value is shipped with both delivery confirmation and with signature required. Items such as firearms are shipped restricted delivery, adult signature required.
Returns
All items are fully guaranteed to be authentic, original and as described but from time to time you may purchase something that is not exactly to your liking, and we understand. If we made a mistake in the description, any payment will be fully reimbursed promptly in the manner in which the item was originally paid for less shipping and credit card transaction fees. If we did NOT make an error in the description, but you simply decided to change your mind, we will allow a partial credit on any return of at least 60% of the selling price less shipping, credit card processing fees and handling costs. Credit on a return is NOT allowed on any layaway item or on items offered at closeout or “sale” prices. All authorized returned items MUST be in the exact same condition as sent and in the original packing materials.
Privacy Policy
All items purchased, sold or brokered are held in the highest confidence at all times. We DO NOT disclose our sources and DO NOT sell or disclose our client list to anyone. Items which come with certificates of authenticity are generally noted with the buyer name, but NOT location, and they can be left with no name on them, if desired.
