Description

Solid example of this odd type of revolver which utilized each cylinder as the actual barrel of the weapon.  This particular example was manufactured circa 1855 by Allen of Worcester, Massachusetts.  It is fully functional and markings are strong.  At some point in time, it appears the owner tried to clean it with naval jelly which has left the cloudy appearance to the metal–with time, it will tone back down to a neutral gray patina.
