Very scarce M1851-55 style cartridge box or the .54 or .58 minie ball projectile, no provision for belt loops (but note one small field-added one), with original tins. Boxes like this tended to be issued to those who carried the M1841 Mississippi Rifle or M1855 Harpers Ferry Rifle.
