US Civil War issued oval belt plate, arrow head hooks, near MINT condition overall

Description

Very pleasing oval US belt plate in wonderful original non-dug condition.  Full lead solder filler on the reverse side and the front of the plate retains slight traces of the original gilt finish.  If you want one to wear, this is it!
