Description
Well used example of this early War Central government banknote, 1st Series E of December 2, 1862. It is printed on cotton bond paper and clearly has been around the block! Solid and clear example as engraved by Keatinge & Ball of Columbia, SC. As with all original and authentic Confederate notes, this one is signed and numbered in ink by hand!
