Simply a near perfect example of the 2nd “A” Series of notes from February 17, 1864 by Keatinge and Ball, Columbia, SC. Near MINT condition overall and printed on fine rice paper. Hand numbered and signed, as all original Confederate notes are. This is note #28157.
