Description

One of the first ones that came from England via the Blockade, this old beast has the desired double mark of CH2 as used by Sinclair, Hamilton & Company for exclusive export to the Confederacy in the Fall of 1861. It most likely came in via the port of Wilmington, NC, protected by the guns of Fort Fisher. All parts are original and matching. This weapon was once in the noted collection of Michael Adamson of Georgia which was sold at auction over a decade ago. If you want a REAL Confederate Tower .577 with a ZERO DOUBT of Confederate use, look no further.
