Description

This fine Confederate infantry weapon has all the great markings!  Not only is it marked for the maker but also has the crown and Tower stamp which was only used in 1861 and 1862 on weapons exported to the South.  It retains the original nipple protector and chain which almost always is missing.  It is marked with SHC (arrow) which is a sub batch of Lot 1 shipped by Sinclair Hamilton and Company.  Mechanically, everything functions properly and the bore is above average.
