Description

Exceptional example of this 1850s era handgun with very crisp markings, strong action and a generous amount of original finish overall.  Found in an estate sale in Western Massachusetts, it could easily have been carried as a personal weapon for a soldier.  The unique system of rotating the barrels eliminated the problem of cross fire ignition of standard percussion revolvers of the era.
