Description

Exceptional example of the .52 Sharps that originally saw service as a percussion weapon during the Civil War years.  It was converted to 50-70 circa 1867 and re-issued for Indian War use.  Overall condition is near fine and the “DFC” (David F. Clark) inspector mark is crisp and clear.  Would make an excellent shooter but we do NOT warrant antique weapons to be safe to fire.
