Description
This rare beauty was found by a person who was pulling weeds in their yard in Manteo, NC. It is a near mint dropped example of the pattern and very few are known as compared to the .58 and .54 caliber types.
It likely was associated with troops that fought at Roanoke Island since that is about the only time the area was occupied by Confederate forces. I really want to go relic hunting in their yard!
