Description

Really rare to find one of these in relic condition, but this gem was found on the Franklin, Tennessee battlefield in the late 1930s.  It is an Allen and Thurber type in .31 caliber with a 4″ barrel.  One grip remains intact.  It was manufactured circa late 1840s to mid-1850s era and carried by Union and Confederate forces as “backup” weapons.
