Description
This P53 rifled musket has about the sharpest and most crisp wood I recall ever seeing on a wartime weapon. The edges around the lock are simply near mint! Overall, the weapon is pure as they come and exhibits no modified or replaced parts.
It is also 100% CONFEDERATE with zero doubt. Not only is it crisply marked with the Sinclair Hamilton Company exporter stamp, but also is stamped “IC” for Isaac Campbell, a major supplier of arms and related goods to the Confederacy.
I don’t think anybody could find one in much better overall condition! Museum and investment grade.
