Description
One of the main weapons carried in the field by Captains and Lieutenants during the war, this Ames shows honest use and wear overall. All markings are visible but the blade etching is a bit light—clearly a field used sword. There is one break in the scabbard that somebody put electrical tape over—but I sell ‘em like I get ‘em! Clear stamping on the upper mount, too.
