Really super honest old war horse just as recently found in the attic of an antebellum home about 6 miles from the Franklin, Tennessee battlefield area. Most of the original leather remains on the grip and the blade overall shows a moderate to heavy age patina. If you want one that was THERE, look no further. If you choose to clean the ricasso area you will likely discover the maker mark, but I leave relics as they are….
