Description
Very fine overall condition and all matching numbers original weapon, other than for the magazine (which is original but as with most encountered, not serial numbered). The AC code 9mm Parabellum Walther pistol is considered to be the finest type of all of the P38s produced during WW2 and this example is both mechanically crisp with a fine bore and also exhibits a high degree of original finish. The double action trigger pull is smooth and slick. All markings are crisp and legible. It has been in the same family since 1945 and never on the collector market. As with any antique weapon, it is NOT warranted safe to fire until fully inspected by a competent gunsmith. FFL or C&R required for transfer.
