Description
This series is a little more difficult to locate than many of the others, especially in fine condition. It is part of the Richmond, Virginia notes created under the currency act of April 6, 1863, and is the 3rd Series (E). Engraved by Keatinge and Ball of Columbia, South Carolina, it was lithograph printed by J.T. Paterson and Company.
