Description

Well, if you want one of the BEST on the planet, here it is.  A near flawless Model 1842 smoothbore .69 percussion musket from 1850 in armory bright condition overall.  The oiled walnut stock is near MINT with perfectly crisp edges.  The action is tight as brand new and it simply put is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!  These muskets were widely used in the first years of the Civil War by both sides and the use of “buck and ball” was favored by front line infantry forces.

The only bad part?  It will likely make most all of your other antique guns look tired….
