Description
US Model 1842 US Navy issue boxlock single shot percussion pistol as manufactured by N.P. Ames of Springfield, Massachusetts in 1845. These weapons saw use in both the Mexican and Civil Wars and are relatively scarce. Very solid and functional condition overall.
