Relatively tough rank to find, the Lt. Col. shoulder straps have an oak leaf with silver bullion instead of gold, which is for a Major. This pair shows normal field wear and use and evidence of having been sewn on a uniform coat, which would have been a double breasted frock or a five or four button officer grade sack coat.
