A stunning as-found complete US infantryman waist belt set including the original browned buff belt, cartridge box with tins, cap pouch with full wool and vent pick and untouched patina US oval buckle. Fresh from an estate sale in western Massachusetts, this grouping is about as honest as it gets and dates from late 1862 to early 1864 based on the clear contractor markings. If you ever wanted one that was FOR REAL all matching and totally unmolested in all respects, here it is. Looks about the same as it did when the veteran stashed it away in 1865…as HONEST as you will EVER find one.
