Description
Really cool little pistol with 3.5″ barrels in simulated Damascus twist that measures about 7″ overall. Chambered in massive .44 rifled caliber, this thing packed a WHALLOP, twice! You often see these in images of Confederate soldiers. This one popped out of the attic of an antebellum home near Charleston, SC where it had remained tucked away for decades–totally untouched condition. The spur of the right hammer is broken off as shown and there is a plaque on the back which generally held the initials of the owner–this one is blank. Bargain priced!
