Description
This is a very brown overall revolver that clearly saw a lot of use somewhere. At a point in time, a lanyard ring was added to the bottom of the butt, typical for mounted use. Made in early 1866, this fine old weapon is incredibly tight and crisp and has a very strong bore. #192115 may have gone west as the weapon surfaced recently in Colorado in an old local collection. This one would be worth writing to Colt to get a letter on!
