Description
Very nice example of the Civil War Model 1860 Navy cutlass as made under government contract by Ames Manufacturing of Chicopee, Massachusetts in 1863. Has stamped ship rack numbers in the guard as shown. Original grip and wire and full cup guard remaining. No scabbard.
