One of the finest examples of kid leather officer gloves I have yet to see, fresh from an estate sale in Ohio. There is no name inside but the officer was from Ohio, according to the family history–and was Major Robert E. Rogers of the 4th Cavalry. As there is no solid documentation, they will have to speak for themselves!
