This is simply one of the FINEST dug examples of the Atlanta Arsenal CSA buckle known to exist. It is a very early field recovered plate from Tennessee, but the location was not stated in the old collection notes. No Civil War collection is complete without one of these and if you want the BEST AVAILABLE ANYWHERE, you have found it!
