Exceptional high quality, custom tailor made kepi of Lt. Joshua G. Clarke who served as adjutant for Woods’ Regiment of Cavalry (1st Mississippi). Clarke, who was a merchant in New Orleans when the War broke out, was born in 1841. He was captured near the end of the War and paroled May 18, 1865 at Jackson, Mississippi. This kepi is totally FRESH and has not been altered in any manner. Museum grade.
