This grouping was purchased directly from a family in Minnesota with a family history of belonging to a distant cousin who fought in the Civil War with the last name of Roberts–unfortunately, no other information was available. The family remembered seeing the belt with it decades ago but it was discarded as it was falling apart from age and wear…lost to history, now….
