This is the only known existing example of one of the most rare types of Civil War military uniforms today. This fantastic shell jacket is adorned with beautiful Hospital Steward arm devices and brightly gilt Eagle “C” cavalry cuff buttons. It is fully lined and in near MINT condition overall.
