Description

Fantastic example of the “bullet stitch” pattern of Confederate manufactured sword belt as made at the Richmond Arsenal in Virginia from 1861-1864.  The tongue is still attached to a wonderful chunk of the original dual lined perimeter BROWN leather belt–and these things simply don’t exist on the collector market!  If you had the tongue portion and the rest of the leather, in that condition you would have a $7,500+ sword belt rig.  Just a totally cool item that is so unique, I’ll dare to bet you won’t find another.
