Rarely found on the loose, this is a solid example in average overall condition that would benefit from a good cleaning. Markings are legible and the locking ring assembly works properly. This fits all M1842 muskets including Springfield, Harpers Ferry, Palmetto Armory and Asa Waters muskets.
