Description
Beautiful example of the M1884/1898 tan khaki jacket for cavalry troops as issued from late 1884 through 1899. Original cavalry chevrons and shoulder tabs and buttons (a few missing as shown). This jacket has been in a uniform collection since the 1960s along with 39 other jackets and we bought it ALL! Check back as more will be added weekly. Condition is near fine, just a bit crumpled from being packed and shipped from Florida. This is the style worn by the famed “Rough Riders” of Teddy Roosevelt!
